And now, we know what Chibi-Chibi is... or do we?

Some people don't quite understand what this strange little pink-haired girl is, so I'm going to try to explain it for you. Her story in the anime and her story in the manga are quite different, so I'll explain both.

In the anime, Sailorgalaxia was involved in a big war known as the Sailor War. What exactly lead up to this, I'm not sure, but a creature called Chaos came to her and was going to possess her. Before that happened, she released her own star seed, which was refered to as "the Light of Hope", and sent it out into space, hoping that her good self would be preserved. Chaos possessed her, and she became the villainess we see in Stars. The Light of Hope, however, went on to become a strange little girl with pink hair that could only say "chibi" and repeat what other people said... That's right, Chibi-Chibi is Galaxia's star seed. Weird, huh?

In the manga, Usagi has a "fighting spirit" called Sailorcosmos, a powerful version of herself, able to use the "Lambda Power" to restore the Senshi that were killed. Cosmos came from a different future, where she had lost the war to Chaos and ran away. Wars continued, and people were dying by the scores. She decided to come back to where it all began and stop it. She came as Chibi-Chibi, to support Usagi and lead her on the right path. Chibi-Chibi didn't really talk on her own, but when she became Sailorchibichibimoon, she could.

Y'know, I don't know why they changed her story. I guess it's because the final anime and manga were released close together, and maybe Toei didn't know what the manga story would be when they were making the episodes. Ah well.

BTW, she really couldn't be Chibi-Usa's sister. Setsuna said Neo-Queen Serenity only had one child.
